( a note from the doctor or number one of my two biggest gripes about the british education system )

Tonight's extravagant meal for one is roast pork with tatties, sweetbuck and parsnips (not common in Australia - a root vegetable of perfect gallows, pallid, like the english, and with an inherent hint of embarrassment).
